Jennifer earned her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2015. During her time there, she was an intern at the L & C Legal Clinic, representing domestic violence survivors and low-income tenants, and NCVLI, where she assisted crime victims across the country to find resources and advocates.
Until she joined Harris & Elkins, she practiced family law, specializing in representing domestic violence survivors and advocating for greater access to justice.
Prior to law school, Jennifer earned a BA in English (Western Oregon University, ‘04) and an MA in journalism (University of Oregon, ‘07); she put her degrees to use as a freelance copywriter, penning verse for technology companies, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and the entertainment section of a daily newspaper.
Outside of work, she can usually be found with a book or a knitting project in hand, accompanied by her Husband, teenage sons, and their dog, Hubble.
